your registration number may depend on your location and your stream and many things.but your roll number is a sequentially followed.registration number gives you the details of the when your application form has been registered. roll no means the number which you have fill in the answer sheet and the registration number means the number which you get at the time of registration.

And the Roll No is something by which your copy will be evaluated.

roll no. is your roll no. which is provided in your admit card with your examination centre and you have to fill it in your answer sheet att the time of exam
