Re: Can student of B.Tech (IT) apply for ISRO? Dear Friend Yes you may apply for the ISRO but you should also cover all other eligibility criteria before that i.e. B.Tech degree with more than 65% marks, age etc. |

 ISRO, Indian Space research Organisation calls people for Scientist post according to their vacancy and different branch.Information technology can also apply for this. Recently there is call for scientists in ISRO in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay Rs.5400/- known as Group A Gazetted post. Eligibility:- >>BE/B.Tech or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks. >>Also you must not be more than 35 years. The selection process will consists of Written Test Interview. >>You can apply next year when you got graduated from your college, also from now on keep practising the past year papers which i will be attaching it now. When the entrance exams are conducted for IT Engineers. What are the job oppertunities and what is the syllabus for IT Engineers to write the entrance exam. How to prepare? When i want to apply for entrance exam? If i want to complete master degree? If it then tell me which course? Please reply me sir |

ME/M.Tech/MSc (Engg) or equivalent degree should be in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 scale or equivalent and pre-eligibility qualification of BE/B Tech/B Sc (Engg) or equivalent should also be in First class with an aggregate of 65% (Average of all semesters). MSc Degree should be in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10 scale or equivalent. |

Sorry because very few time ISRO conduct exam for IT student, almost every year they conduct exam for Electronics and communication engineering and Mechanical engineering student, because they require people from these fields, as some time if they find any vacancy in software field then will hire Information Technology and computer science students. And there you can have a chance to be a part of ISRO. |
