Re: How to apply for BSc Nursing course? Last date to submit form for any college B.Sc (Nursing) is the 4 year duration bachelor's course. AIIMS conducts national level entrance exam for the admission to this course. Some universities also conduct their separate entrance exam for admission. Admission will be based on candidate's performance in (10+2) and entrance exam. To apply for admission to B.Sc (Nursing), You should apply and appear AIIMS and other entrances of universities after (10+2). Eligibility of B.Sc (Nursing) - You must have passed (10+2) with physics, chemistry and biology as a main subjects from a recognized institute. - Your age should be between 17 to 25 years of the examination year. Important Dates of Admission - Registration Starts From : March, 2018 - Registration Ends On : April, 2018 - AIIMS Exam Date : June/July, 2018 - Result Declaration : July, 2018 - Counselling Starts : August, 2018 |

Eligibility Conditions (a) Female candidates who are unmarried / divorcee / legally separated or widow without encumbrances. (b) Nationality – Indian (c) Date of Birth - Between 01 Aug 85 and 31 Jul 93 (d) Educational Qualification – Should have passed in the FIRST ATTEMPT the complete senior secondary (10+2)/ equivalent examination from a recognized Board /University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 50% aggregate marks as a regular student. Candidates who have appeared or will be appearing for final year of qualifying examination during the current academic session may also apply. The candidates finally selected for the course will have to submit proof of passing the qualifying exam before joining the course. Those who have passed such examinations as private students or with compartment in any subject are not eligible. (e) Physical standards – Medical fitness will be determined as per Military Standards by Military Authorities. X-Ray examination of Chest will be done. Thanks |

You should have pursued Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 12th standard. For most institutes there is a minimum requirement of 50% in these areas. You need to check out the colleges which offer these courses. You can visit their website to know the period of admissions. For most colleges admission begins in the month of June. |
