Well, A good one discussion going on. Here is a number of universities offering M.Tech courses in India. But its quit difficult to analyses best one among all, because some of them are well known for their campus, some one for placements, some one is for their faculties & rest a number of parameters is here to analysis university standard.

According to my view you must check out UGC official website to compare universities according to your preference. :-)

Here I would like to Suggest one Private universities in India, that is well known for M. Tech Courses in Delhi NCR.

There are many universities across India

if you only take Andhra Pradesh as consideration..

there are many deemed universities that offers best coaching in Masters

I can list a few of them..

GITAMS University Vishakapatanam

ICFAI Tech University Hyderabad

SNIST University Hyderabad

these are just a few examples of Universities..

there are many Private Universities across India like

SRM university. Chennai..

VIT(Vellore Institute of Technology) Vellore

this is also an deemed university..

but my suggestion is to do Your Masters in Govt Universities..

it will have a lot value to your degree..

so think upon it.
