Dear friend, A very good question from yours.because so many students do not know about this concept.don't worry i can clear you doubt. Now a days,every companies deals different projects.every company provide training to all workers of that company. If you are fresher company provides a special training and give to yo a special salary. In training you must follow following tips those are as follows 1.Learn properly with out tension 2.be cool 3.follow regularly notes. 4.communicate with all team members. 5.try to learn from out of company,those are like Institutes. If u are from software sector then companies like TCS,Infosys,Wipro and others are there. For ECE branch,companies are BSNL,IETE. For ELECTRICAL,MECHANICAL, EIE branch, industrial companies are more preffered like NTPC, SAIL. Those who are from non-engg. background, they can preffer Intenships at different companies, The procedure differs for different companies.you have to register by going directly to the company and do the following as per their requirements. |
