A degree/diploma is not enough to let you qualify in the corporate competition. Evaluation of a candidate is always done on the basis of merit and work experience in corporate world. I would suggest you to pursue MBA (Finance) through distance learning and join any private sector like Bank or other financial institutes to gain work experience. M.Com with MBA and work experience will make you eligible for a successful career in corporate world |

Re: What to do after M.Com in economic and financial management(eafm)? Afetr compliting your M.com it will be batter to go for MBA. You can write the entrance exams MAT. You can get admission in MBA to a good Institute after geting a good rank. If you could not chance for MBA you can go for diploma courses like PGDM. You can also go for Charted Accountant,CS,ICWA etc courses. |

Look as you have done with M.Com (economics and finance) better opt for MBA finance.Here you will get better job prospective and by the way its still in a boom stage to try as soon as possible, and another thing is that you can also try for human resource though it will be a different path for you but still its really in a boom stage and have more opportunities than finance.Secondly you can also try for CA or CS because this courses are also flourishing one if you get into it then only.Thirdly, you can better opt for LLB which again turning to be a fruitful one for you, do 3yrs or 2yrs LLB from any of the reputated Law colleges and get a good placement in the corporate world as a legal assistance or agent or you can litigate also.
