Re: Can I do Mtech in regular mode after doing MSc in Distance mode? Hello. Yes you are eligible for M.tech but for that you need to crack the GATE exam. Which is conducted once in every year. And then according to the rank obtained by you according to that only you will get the collage for doing M.tech. I hope you got it. |

Instead you can go for distance mode MBA. Already after M.Sc. IT you will have IT knowledge. Now club it with business domain knowledge. in my opinion you must go for MBA in IT. Since you have already done distance mode education, you must do distance mode MBA. You can go for IGNOU MBA. This is of 21 courses in total and takes 2.5 years in total to complete. You just need to clear the OPENMAT examination or CAT examination to be eligible for IGNOU MBA. You need around Rs. 800 for each course. So ultimately you can finish the MBA course within Rs.21,000. But just remember, if you do not have more than 50% in your graduation, you cannot go for IGNOU or any other MBA. So good luck. |

However you may equally eligible to write GATE exam also , and you can choose any of the subject in GATE brochure. If you want to get admission in MTech microbiology then fill the form by choosing microbiology option. |

There is no doubt related to distance learning now a days many companies are recognizing the value of distance learning and it is become very popular. so you can do M.Tech in regular mode. you can take admission through many entrance exam like GATE. |
