Of course you can do Ph.D. after the completion of MCA course. The best way to go for Ph.D. through IIT's is by scoring good in the UGC-NET examination ,ie, getting a good rank and then apply in the IIT's for the Ph.D. degree. You can opt for the field you are interested by applying under the Professor having specialization in the same field. Thank You. |
