Re: Basic difference between PGDM and MBA? hi dear BASIC DIFFERENCE IS MBA - DEGREE COURSE PGDM- DIPLOMA COURSE but two courses is equal mostly. not any difference between 2 course. both course duration period is 2 years......... |

PGDM Stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management. And MBA Stands for Master in Business Administration, And this is a Graduate Degree Course. MBA is a degree that is affiliated to a Recognized University But PGDM is diploma approved by AICTE. The PGDM course will be of 1 Year And 2 Year But MBA is Only 2 Year Post Graduate Course. And 2 year PGDM Course are equivalent to MBA course. Institutes which are not affiliated to university are autonomous and can offer PGDM Course But MBA course are affiliated to a University. |
