POINTS TO NOTE : -> Go through the papers and find out the question pattern and prepare for questions accordingly which helps to save a lot of time in the exam. -> Don't reside only on previous year papers

Hi The AFCAT exam which is the conducted for the selection in Indian Air force for the selection of officers in various branches of Indian Air force such as Flying Branch Technical Branch Ground Duty Branch The syllabus and exam pattern of AFCAT exam which is going to be conducted on 27 March 2011 is given below: Syllabus Of AFCAT (a) General Awareness – History, Sports, Geography, Environment, Civics, Basic Science, Defence, Art, Culture, Current Affairs, Politics etc. (b) Verbal Ability in English – Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion, Synonyms, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary. (c) Numerical Ability – Decimal Fraction, Simplification, Average, Profit & loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple interest. (d) Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test – Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability. Exam Pattern The exam is of objective type an will have 100 questions. For each question candidate will get 3 marks and for every wrong each one mark is deducted. The duration of exam is of 2 hours. |
