You can refer to syllabus and prepare previous year question papers.. It consits of two paper and each paper of Two hrs.. (Paper 1) (200 marks) consists of Current events. History Geography Indian Polity and governance Economic and social developmentFor general category the age should be in between 21-30years.. For SC/ST the age relaxation is of 5years.. For SC/ST the age relaxation is of 5years.. For OBC the age relaxation is of 3years.. These are the age criteria to appear in UPSC exam.. Upper age limit is also available for different cetagory student student as - 5 year age relaxation for SC/ST student. 3 year age relaxation for OBC student. If you are between these age limit you can apply for UPSC exam. UPSC conducts various entrance exam for graduate student.notification for all exam released on the website of UPSC you have to visit website of UPSC for notification- http://www.upsc.gov.in All study material are provided on the website of UPSC you can download from there. |

Dear friend , The Age requirement for appearing for the Civil Services Preliminary Examination is- 21 - 30 years. There are only 4 attempts for general candidates.
