Is bank PO job better than FCI assistant grade 3 post? Can you please provide me the information on the same? I just wanted to know if the FCI assistant grade 3 job is better or Bank PO job is better? Awaiting for your reply. Thank you!

As far as my knowledge is concerned, PO (Probationary Officer) is better post when compare with FCI Assistant Grade III. The basic pay for FCI Assistant Grade III post is around Rs.9,300/- and there will be allowances for FCI Assistant Grade III and they are, Lunch Subsidy, Transport Allowance. The total salary offered for FCI Assistant Grade III would be around Rs.19,800/- including DA and HRA. Where as PO job is a hectic job there would be good allowances besides the good salary. The basic pay for PO would be around Rs.27,000/- and it may slightly varies from Bank to Bank. Besides this fruitful allowances are, City Compensatory Allowance, HRA, DA, Lease rental, Medical and other allowances. So considering all these points, I can say that PO job is better than FCI Assistant Grade III Post.
