to get jobs in top level IT companies in India?

Eligibility criteria for IT companies:-

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Companies is 60%(This percentage is vary from company to company).

You should not have any pending backlog.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for companies recruitment.

• Google
• Accenture
• IBM
• Syntel
• iGate
• Prokarma
• Microsoft

Definitely dear if you want to settle your career in Top IT companies then before that you must satisfy the below age criteria. And also you need to have some skills which are required by the recruitment of Top companies.

Here we are giving you the skills which you need to explore at the time of Interview. And those are given below.

>> Technical Skills/Programming Skills

>> Communication Skills( Verbal Knowledge)

>> Soft Skills (Way to behave )

>> Good Knowledge on work

>> Leadership qualities

If you have not have any skills then you need to improve those skills since Written Exam will test the programming and aptitude knowledge where as Interview (Both T.R and H.R ) will test the Skills present in you.

Interview will be going on about 15 to 20 minutes. So in the mean time you need to exhibit yourself with honesty and Truth. Some times lies also place a Vital role with limitation.

Being a CSE student you would have all the Programming skills with you so you need to improve the remaining skills simultaneously with practice.
