NIOS board is recognized board and you have to appear in the Entrance exam that is conducted by individual university every year.
After qualifying the exam you can get admission in this course. |

You need to fill in the application form first of all(both offline and online is available). You need to log on to the official website of board conducting the examination. Payment must be made via a demand draft in case of online submission mode. Offline forms can be availed from colleges offering the course or from various banks by paying the specified fee for it.
