yes off course it affects badly as most of the companies disqualify you to appear in interview in placement drive.
but if you have cleared all the subjects before placement drive then you are eligible.
in case if you are selected then then you got supply in last semester then it will also affect you career as cancellation of your placement but the final decision would be of the company.

i am a student of ceramic engineering 1 st year,i was absnt in math exam due to health issue,will it effect my campusing job?

If a student failed in boards and then he passed in supplement. So supplement will affect on engineering admission in good college

What college option may i get after supplementary exam and results in kcet?? Will tat be same college or it varies.
