what is the % for first class in uttrakhand technical university.

In order to find out percentage of marks for first class for Uttrakhand Technical University, following process is followed:

>>25% weightage is given to marks secured in first year of engineering.

>>50% weightage is given to marks secured in second year of engineering.

>>75% weightage to marks of 3rd year of engineering.

>>100% weightage to marks scored in final year of engineering.

Now marks obtained from first to fourth year of engineering using above calculation is added and divided by 5000, if it is more than 60%, you will get first class and if obtained percentage of marks is more than 75%, you will get first class with honours.

In every University the candidate who secure above than 60% marks is count as first class pass. So like this Uttrakhand Technical University have also the same rule to get in first class. The candidate who have cleared his degree (all semester) total with above than 60% marks will called first class pass.
