No the medical officer who certify the fitness will declare medically unfit. With renal transplant you are not eligible for any government job in banks and Civil services. It is sad reality. I am one of them who was rejected medically unfit for having a transplanted kidney

No people with kidney transplant or chronic diseases are declared medically unfit by the medical officer or team during fitness tests better do not appply and get dispapointed as I am one of the victims who cleared sbi po and was rejected unfit medically
