No. It's not possible for you to get admission for M.Sc IT course after completing B.Com course. Only science stream like (ie:- B.Sc) are eligible to apply for M.Sc IT course. No Institution/University in India not give admission for M.Sc IT course for Commerce and Arts stream candidates. There are lot of Career opportunity available after completing B.Com course. You can apply for Master degree courses like,

-Master of Commerce (M.Com)
-Master of Business Administration (MBA)
-Master of Arts (M.A)

Bachelor degree course or equivalent qualification is mandatory to apply for this Master degree course and Minimum 50% to 60% percentage of marks required for this course in bachelor degree course level. The Applicant should be crack in MAT/CAT/GMAT examination in order to get admission for MBA course.
