Anna University conducts entrance exam TANCET for admission to M.E./M.Tech course. During final year of B.E./B.Tech in CSE, You should appear entrance exam GATE/TANCET for M.E./M.Tech admission to Anna University. GATE qualified candidates are exempted from TANCET. After appeared entrance exam, You will have to apply for TANCA to participate in the M.E./M.Tech admission procedure. Admission will be based on rank list of TANCA applicants which is prepared on the basis of score of TANCET/GATE. For getting admission in well reputed institute, You should prepare smartly for entrance exam with planning and time management.

TANCA Application Procedure
- Visit the official site : www.annauniv.edu
- Click "TANCA Online Application".
- Register online through valid Email ID and Mobile Number. You will receive unique registration number.
- Log In & Fill the details such as Personal Details, Academic Details, Contact Details, GATE/TANCET Score etc. in application form.
- Upload scanned photograph & signature.
- Pay application fee online.
- Submit your application.
- Print the application for your future reference.

TANCET Exam Pattern
- Part I & Part II are compulsory and cover total 30 questions. Each question will carry 1 mark for correct response.
- Part III as per discipline chosen by candidates and covers total 40 questions. Each question will carry 1 mark for correct response.
- Questions will be asked at undergraduate level.
- Negative marking 1/3 for any wrong answer.

TANCET 2017 Important Dates For M.E./M.Tech
- Online Application Starts : 4th April, 2017
- Last Date to Apply : 22th April, 2017
- Download Hall Ticket : May, 2017
- TANCET Exam : 12th June, 2017
- Last Date For Registration : 30th June, 2017
- Result : 3rd July, 2017
- Counseling Process Starts : July, 2017
