I am sorry to state that you cannot get a good rank with a score of 127 in WBJEE Medical. With this marks you will get a rank above 2000. For getting the colleges for MBBS, a score of atleast of 140 is required in WBJEE medical. This is because of the high competition among huge number of applicants.
