No, you are not eligible to appear in EAMCET 2015 examination. Only candidates from the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are eligible to appear in EAMCET entrance examination. It is an entrance examination which is conducted for admission in first year of Engineering, Agriculture and Medical courses in private and government colleges of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Since, you does not belong to these two states, you are not eligible to appear in EAMCET 2015 Medical examination.

Yes you can apply for EAMCET 2015 without any doubt if you have the required educational qualification. In fact, any Indian citizen can apply for EAMCET and you are certainly an Indian citizen.

As a outside domiciled category candidate you will be eligible for EAMCET 2015. You will be eligible for few percentage of seats which are there for outside domiciled candidates. If you have completed your 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognized board of education then you can surely start preparing for this exam.
