hello sir
i had prepared for GATE under mechanical stream
i like to appear for tancet mtech exam
my qn is that i have to prepare for tancet same as gate or i have concentrate on theory more for tancet since for gate their focus is only on problems

You can just look at previous year question papers of the same exam and also the paper pattern to decide about your preparation. Both are different exams and paper pattern will surely differ.

May be the syllabus will be same, but type of question will differ. You can get the idea of questions through the previous year question papers.
