For Ph.D admission in India one must have a Master's degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized University. There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category. Therefore, you have chance of admission only when belong to reserved category.

Having professional experience in relevant field is very good when you are looking for admission in a Ph.D program. Those with experience are exempted from any entrance exam if they fulfill the educational requirement.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
