I got 1403 all india rank in neet pg for mds.
Can I get admission in mds in all india
general quota seat under 40 percent?

Yes, you can apply for admission on All India quota based on your NEET PG score. Admission will be on merit based on your score. If you have got an excellent score, then admission will be definitely possible.

Hence, just make sure you appear for counselling, when you are asked for it. Just keep track of admission notification of various colleges in India.
