First year result can be given instead of 3rd semester result for fellowship at IIT Delhi?
In iit delhi fellowship program there is a requirement of 3 rd sem result but my result is not coming . So can i give the result of first year?

Please explain which is the program you are talking about. Because as far as i know every result in IIT delhi comes in time and if there is an issue you can talk with concerned department in IIT they will sort out your problem.
