Candidate who has completed half studies in Gulf and half studies in Hyderabad is eligible for EAMCET?


My child studied in Gulf from KG1 to 6; later she studied 7th in Hyderabad and returned to Gulf studied 8th there. Now she continue her stuides from 9th to 12th in Hyderabad.
I want to know will she be treated as a local candidates for EAMCET entrances when she completes her 12th standard.
