I don't know why is it so but is this a real thing that is training necessary for getting a job in ece engineering stream by the students?

If you talk about official terms and conditions then training is not necessary to get a job. However, it is necessary for an engineering candidate in modern times. However, students have to do training because :-

- Most of the institutes have training as their part of curriculum of engineering course. It usually carries 2 credits in the 7th semester. So you need to do training if you do not want to lose credits and decrease your percentage/CGPA.
- Most of the companies want/prefer candidates who has done some studies apart from mainstream studies in the professional environment especially some certifications.
- It helps a lot in the interviews since questions are asked from it and if you can answer them properly you will create a good impression in the mind of interviewer.
