I have done MBBS from INDIA. I want to go abroad for post graduate in medicine or surgery. After completion pg from abroad , can I practice in INDIA...

Or Have I also need to qualify MCI test??

You will be able to practice here in India without the MCI Test as you have passed MBBS from India only.
It is better if you can pass MCI as it will allow you to practice in any and every country of the world and the chances of your growth will increase many folds.

Yes, you can do your Post Graduation in Medicine or Surgery in Aboard, even if you have completed your MBBS in India. To pursue Post Graduation in Medicine or Surgery in Aboard, first you need to complete MCAT(Medical College Admission Test) exam, because MCAT score is very important to apply for admission in medical related courses in foreign universities. And after completing your PG in Aboard, you can practice in India by qualifying in MCI screening test.
