The list of banks has been attached for your kind reference. These banks provide education loan for studies in India and in abroad. The interest rate is same for all the banks since it is governed by Reserve Bank of India. However, the rate of interest of State Bank of India is 1 percent lesser than other banks. The rate of interest of all banks fluctuates from time to time as per orders from Reserve Bank of India. It usually ranges 13-14.5%.
