I'm a 80% student in tenth and I took commerce but I feel I did a mistake by not taking science....can I opt for science in the middle of the year

If 12th class board registrations have not been made till yet, you can opt it with discussion and advises from the school departeents.

But, if the board class reguatrations have been done (generally they are done in the 11th class itself) then it would be a bit difficult for you to change your stream.

So, you need to consult all this with your school authorities. It is possible but the real picture will be provided by the school authorities only.
