What is a memo? How to prepare one professionally? Can someone please give me the information on the same as soon as possible to me? It will be really helpful if you can answer me soon on this. Awaiting for your answer on the same. Thanks!

# Memo is basically meant to communicate and share the information among the employees/staff/members of an organization.

# The main purposes of issuing the Memo are:

* To share any new information.
* To inform about any meeting.
* Any changes to schedules.
* Any official notification.
* and many useful purposes.

# While preparing a Memo, one should keep in mind the following points:

* The matter/text of the memo should be concise.
* It is better that memo should be of one page.
* All the important information which is meant to be conveyed must be to the point.
* Any explanation should be simple and short.
* The name and address of the recipient must be clearly mentioned.

MEMO is short for Memorandum. It is usually a brief document circulated to one or more than one person to meet specific need.

The memos are written messages exchanged by employees in the conduct of their work.

Memos are usually used for-
>> Ask for or provide information
>> Give instructions to the staff
>> Make requests
>> Make announcements
>> Seek explanation
>> Make or ask for suggestions
>> Act as remainder

PAttern of Memo-

Writing a memo is a professional activity, the correct format should be used to help achieve its purpose. A memo contains the given below four parts-
1) Heading
2) Opening
3) Body
4) Closing
