NIFT Notifications 2016:-

• Online Application- 20th October 2015 to 10th January 2016
• Last Date for submission- 10th January, 2016
• Last date for online registration with late fees- 16th January, 2016
• Written Entrance Examination for all UG & PG Programmes- 14th February, 2016
• Situation Test/ Group Discussion/ Interview- April - May 2016
• Admit Card (Online only)- 21st January 2016 (1300 Hrs)
• Declaration of Final Result (Online)- End of May/ June 2016
• Counselling- June 2016 onwards

To apply online for NIFT 2016 you have to click on this link: https://applyadmission.net/nift2016

If you want guidelines for applying online then you have to download the Prospectus free of cost from this website: www.nift.ac.in. The application fee for the exam can either be paid online or through bank demand draft issued in favour of NIFT.

For General Category the fee is : Rs. 1500
For SC/ST Category: Rs 750

NIFT stands for National Institute of Fashion Technology.

You can download NIFT Application Form from the attachment given in this post.

NIFT has its many centres all over India namely in:

• New Delhi (Head Office)
• Mumbai,
• Kolkata,
• Kangra,
• Gandhinagar,
• Hyderabad,
• Chennai,
• Bangalore,
• Raebareli,
• Patna,
• Shillong,
• Bhopal,
• Kannur,
• Bhubaneswar and
• Jodhpur

To appear in NIFT Entrance exam,
You must be passed in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the primary subjects.
Or
3 or 4 years Diploma recognized by AICTE or State Board of Technical Education.
