EAMCET 2016 eligibility norms


I am born in hyderabad and left AP in September 1995 on job purpose. I had worked in Gujarat from 1996 to 2008, in vijayawada from 2008 to 2010, in chennai from 2010 to 2012, in rajkot from 2012 to 2013 and moved over to bahrain in may 2013 and is currently working in bahrain.

my wife was born in rajahmundry and was in AP until she got married to me in 1997 and joined me in gujarat in february 1997.

my son was born in nidadavole in november 1998 but he studied upto V std. in gujarat, 6 & 7 in vijayawada, 8 & 9 in chennai. he passed out in X from Bahrain under CBSE curriculum and is currently in XII studying in Bahrain itself under the CBSE curriculum.

please advise me if my son is eligible to write the EAMCET 2016 and also guide me if he qualifies under Local / Non Local category. If local, then under which region.

Yes, you are eligible for EAMCET 2016 exam.

Those candidates who have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology, Mathematics and English individually and must have obtained 50% (40% for SC/ST) marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) / Biotechnology are eligible for EAMCET exam 2016. Your age should be above 17 years.

EAMCET stands for Engineering, Agriculture and Medicine common entrance exam

Eligibility :
1. All the candidates must be the citizens of India or overseas students must hold the overseas citizen of India card.
2. Only the students of Telangana and AP are eligible.
3. All the candidates must have completed 12th with science subjects.
4. All the candidates must have at least 50% marks in 12th.
5. The age limit is 17 - 22 years.
6. The upper age limit for SC/ST is 25 years.

EAMCET stands for Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test.


The eligibility criteria for EAMCET examination:-

* If any applicant is seeking admission too any of the MBBS and ADS programmes then applicants must be of 17 years.

* Nationality:- Indian.

* Completion of Higher Secondary examination with Physics/Chemistry/Biology/English.

* Candidates must have 50% marks in Higher Secondary examination and for OBC and SC/ST candidates 40% is applicable.

EAMCET is the Common Entrance Exam for Medical , Engineering & Agriculture admission in Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility
- You should be belong to Telangana or AP.
- You should have passed 12th class in science with PCB/PCM as a main subjects from recognized board.
- Age must be between 17 to 22 years for Engineering admission & atleast 17 years for Medical admission.There is no age limit for Medical field.

Exam Pattern
- All questions will be objective type
- No Nagative mark system for wrong answer.
- Questions will be asked from Physics , Chemistry & Maths/Biology subjects.(Physics : 40 , Chemistry : 40 , Maths/Biology : 40 )

EAMCET stands for Engineering Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test.

The Exam is conducted by JNTU(Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University).

Eligibility Criteria-

>> Applicant should be Indian Citizen or Overseas indian citizen.

>> Applicant should have passed 12th from recognised school or Board with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biology / Bio-Technology as his optional subjects.

>> Applicant appearing in final year of exam are also eligible to apply.

>> Applicant's age should be within 17 years to 22 years. There is relaxation in upper age upto 3 years (25 years) for SC/ST candidates.

>> Applicant should have scored minimum 45% marks of aggregate in their HSC( 40% in case of SC/ST candidates).

EAMCET exam is conducted by Andhra pradesh yearly.
Candidate should be passed in intermediate or Diploma by AP Board.

Candidate should be belong to Andhra pradesh
Their is no age limit for the EAMCET
