Of course yes. You are very certainly eligible to appear in SSC Based recruitment Examination even after completion of B.Sc in PCM under EIILMU. EIILM University is a UGC approved and Recognized university. As it is a recognized university from University Grants Commission, I am sure you are certainly eligible to appear in SSC Recruitment Examination. The minimum educational qualification basically varies from recruitment to recruitment. Remember, the minimum educational qualification required for SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam is "Bachelor Degree or Any Degree" Pass from a recognized university. For other recruitments namely SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) or Multi Tasking Staff or Stenographer's recruitment examination the minimum educational qualification required is Just 12th Class from a recognized university. Since you have completed Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Institute for Integrated and Learning in Management University, I am sure that you are certainly eligible to apply for SSC based recruitments.
