I need to know the fees details of icwai Intermediate course. Please provide me the details

Dear friend,

ICWAI course consit of following section:

*Foundation course
*Intermediate course
*Final course

Fee structure for Intermediate course is around Rs 3300

i have passed the tybcom exam with first class. i have following questions
1]there is need to pass the foundation course or i can go directly for intermideate course?
2]i am physically handicapped person so it is possible for me to do the icwai from home?
3]how do i get the books of syllabus?
