Possibility to study Diploma in Veterinary or Agriculture in Kannada medium if passed 10th board 9 years ago?


Dear sir,
I have passed 10th with 64% marks 9 years ago. Is there any chance to study Diploma in Veterinary or Agriculture in kannada medium because I am interested in these courses. Please help me to get admission.

I passed 10th exams in 2015 ..got 64% now I want to study diploma in agriculture in Kannada medium.. Is there any possibility??
