EAMCET ranker holder having NCC A certificate can get medical seat in any governemnt college?


I got 3840 rank in AP medical eamcet 2016. I am an oc candidate. I have ncc A and national sports certificate in rifle shooting. So, can I get a medical seat in any government college in ap.
