Yes, you are eligible to pursue MBBS course after completing your GNM course. MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

To get admission in course candidates have to appear and qualify in NEET examination.

The examination is conducted for admission in government and private colleges of India. The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed 12th with PCB as main paper with minimum 50%.

There is no age limit to appear for examination. For syllabus and other information about examination visit at www.cbseneet.nic.in.

The only entrance examination to get admission in MBBS course is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. Yes, you can apply for NEET exam after GNM course. The eligibility criteria for NEET exam is:

>>Candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board. Board appearing candidates can also apply for NEET exam. Your subjects in 12th must include Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Minimum percentage of marks required in board exam is 50%.

>>The minimum age limit to apply for NEET exam is 17 years.

The important dates for 2017 exam is over now. You need to wait for notification of 2018 examination.
