I have passed NET JRF exam this year but yet not get JRF award letter. When they will provide the award letter? Should I approach UGC and JRF office?

Aspirants those who have qualified in the NET examination and are waiting for the JRF award letters/ e-certificates should have to submit the attested photocopies of the required documents to get the JRF award letter and e-certificates from UGC.

List of documents to be submitted to UGC NET bureau to get the JRF Award Letters/ E-Certificates:-

> A covering Letter.
> Masters degree mark sheet.
> Provisional Certificate of Masters degree.
> Birth Certificate.
> SC/ST/PWD/OBC (Non-Creamy layer) Certificate (if applicable).
> Admit card of UGC NET.
> Research experience (only for JRF candidates).
