I am studying M.Tech Computer Aided Structural Engineering and completed thesis work from ISRO, Trivandrum. After, M.Tech I would like to do PhD. So, tell me what should I do for it? Where to apply for it? Can I continue my thesis topic as research topic in same ISRO organisation?

You must have to complete your M.Tech Computer Aided Structural Engineering course with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university,to be eligible for PhD course in the relevant discipline.
After completing your masters degree, you must have to appear and qualify in CSIR JRF examination to be eligible for admission into PhD course.

Yes after completion of PhD course you can continue your research topics in ISRO organization. Those candidates who have completed PhD course in Computer Aided Structural Engineering can apply for research job in ISRO organization.
