Bank Probationary officers are the positions which are really in good demand these days.

This year number of banks have announced notification and some banks have finished recruitment process and some are in the process of recruiting.

The selection procedure for these positions will be by
-Written test
-Interview.

The written test may consists of questions from the following categories.
-Reasoning
-Quantitative Aptitude
-General English
-General Awareness, Computer awareness

The written test is both of objective and descriptive.

As a part of preparation, give utmost importance to General awareness area.
In this section you focus on the following aspects of previous 6-8 months
-National affairs
-International affairs
-Bilateral affairs
-Persons in news
-Sports
-Books and authors

This section if the candidate is having good knowledge can answer almost all the questions in less time.

For quantitative aptitude, go through R.S.Agarwal. Practice at least 2 hours a day in the early morning session. Accuracy and solving in quick time is important.

As per General English, try to be good enough in Grammar, Comprehension passages and vocabulary.

one should start preparing before 3 months before the exam date.
so start preparing for any exam by today only. the main thing to clear the exam that one should score the cut off marks that is of 40 to 50%in each section.

then you can be called for an interview. students generally made good score in english ,quant, reasoning but due to general awareness the lost it.

so make yourself well prepared for general awareness.
