Is it possible to change 2nd language from Hindi to Arabic in class 9th?

Hello, we shifted to India from gulf, my son is in grade 9th he took Hindi as a second language, he is finding very difficult so is it possible that he can change from Hindi to Arabic as a second language? Thanks.
