What are the jobs available in govt. sector where I can apply on the basis of MCA? Is there any job available in NTPC, BHEL like companies for MCA candidates?If yes, then Do they take any entrance or interview tests?

There are too many job opportunities in govt. as well as private sector .

Several advertisements are published in Employment newspaper as well as daily newspaper regarding it .You need to keep yourself updated from them .

NTPC , BHEL and HPCL has recently published advertisement regarding recruitments for computer engineers / MCA students , for which you need to go through advt. no. 344 and 254 in employment news .

Yes , you need to go though entrance test followed by interview for getting into it .

Yes, government sector also has good opportunities for MCA graduates. Usually for their IT positions, Btech or MCA graduates can apply for entrance exam to get into junior trainee positions. NTPC and BHEL all have an IT division where they take in programmers and IT support guys.

Yes, after MCA you will find numerious number of jobs. But for this you have to
read employment news paper regularly for job opening in different departments
of Government and you also try UPSC exam to get in to the administration sector
of Government of India.

You can also search the jobs in various government websites. After completing MCA
you will get jobs in companies like HCL, BHEL and in government banks. So, please read the employment newspaper for update..............

If you have MCA degree then you are definetly eligible for government jobs.
You have to clear their written exam and after that interview.
For MCA there are too many vacancy in government companies.

You can apply for lots of jobs after completing your MCA....but remember those are for the private companies...

There are very few jobs for MCA students in the government sectors...

So you can go for the private jobs rather then the governments jobs...

There are more jobs in government sector such as Railways ,and other department ,NTPC are not for mca student they only takes b.tech

Other big jobs are also avileble for MCA student.
