Is it necessary to pursue Intermediate course for further pursuing LLB for a 42 years old candidate?


Hello everyone, I am 42 years old right now and lives in Nizamabad. I got failed in Plus One due to some family issues. I have completed my 10th. Now, I am interested to do LLB course and become an Advocate. I want to know that for joining LLB course, Intermediate is must to study?

The eligibility to pursue 5 year integrated BA LLB course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board.

For three year LLB course, the required minimum educational qualification is bachelor degree in any discipline.

So, you are not eligible to appear in the entrance examination to get admission on the basis of std 10th educational qualification.
