Is it better to add Technology from 6th standard under New Education Policy if schools don't have proper facilities?

Hi friends, I am an English teacher and I am providing education upto 10th standard. I came to know that Technology will be added from 6th standard under new education policy. Don't you think that where the lab facilities are not properly available, many schools don't have proper infrastructure, and most of the schools don't even have qualified excellent teacher. So, it will be better to add Technology at the early level of education?

If school doesn't have proper lab facility and trained professional teacher than their is no point to add technology to education from any class. But it is need of today, so school have to manage all the facilities and add technology.

It would not be good or bad for student, it is necessity of today's world.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
