How to do Ph.D in good university after completing MSc in Industrial Biotechnology?


respected sir,
i have completed M.sc industrial biotechnology in 2011. i want to do phd in good university or lab. please give me the details about process for applying phd, then also details about merits and demerits in part time and full time phd programs and scholarships.

Sir, I completed BE. ( EEE ) in PSG Coimbatore. Having interest to study ME industrial Safety. Being eee candidate, will have scope doing me industrial safety please.
