I have finished my master's in biochemistry and i
wish to do B.Ed, i want to know the eligibility criteria
and the admission procedure and dates in government colleges offering B.Ed

you want to do B.E.d this is based on entrance exam first you clear this then you call for counselling to lock your college and eligibility only graduation..

Dear friend,

Those candidate have completed graduation or post graduation from recognized university are applicable for B.Ed course.

Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% . For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to above 45% marks.

Only Arts and Science departments are eligible for B.Ed course.There are some institute provide B.Ed course for B.Com and BBA candidates.

There is no age criteria so any one who holds the above criteria are eligible for B.Ed course.

Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection.

Then you have to first complete your graduation in any trade..

After completion of graduation with 45% aggregate you can apply for B.ed course.

So, try to complete your graduation with a good percentage of marks..

Then you will have to fulfill these criteria

1.Academic Qualification :
The candidate must have the graduation degree with minimum 50%.

2.Age criteria :
the age of the candidate should be within 21 to 35 years.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR B.ed FROM PUNE UNIVERSITY IS-:

>>A candidate should have passed the Bachelor1s Degree/Master Degree of Pune
University or of any other university recognized by this university, with as least 45
% marks

>>Relaxation of 5 % marks will be given to the candidates belonging to S.C. & S,T, and other notified categories as per Government Rules.

>>The age of the candidate should be within 21 to 35 years.
