Type of problem fased by engineer in company ...please mention to me the problems

hi ,
I'm from software Industry . problem or challenges we r facing is like ,
1. Delivery Challenges : The Project should meet on time to be delivered on time . This helps us to have many projects from our client ie. reapeat business.
2. People may be trained in one stream like java and may get project in other technology like .net ... It depends on Project .Again needs to learn more here.
3. Sometimes , if there is no project , people are allowed to sit in Bench(no work) , which is really irritating and boring .
4. Sometime due to project delivery , we may sit whole night , less sleep , which decreses our life span.
5. No time to take rest
