Am I eligible for B.Ed after scoring 60.44%?


I have studied Commerce with I.P. in 12th and I secured 53.44% and then completed BSc I.T. where I got 60.44%.Sir am I eligible to go for B ed?

Dear friend,

Yes , You are eligible through science back ground.Because your graduation marks is above 50%.

Those candidate have completed graduation or post graduation from recognized university are applicable for B.Ed course.

Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% . For SC/ST candidate this marks is decreased to above 45% marks.

Only Arts and Science departments are eligible for B.Ed course.There are some institute provide B.Ed course for B.Com and BBA candidates.

There is no age criteria so any one who holds the above criteria are eligible for B.Ed course.

Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection.

Yes,You are absolutely eligible to pursue B.ed.B.ed is a 1 year programme for which any graduate with 50% or above aggreagate can apply.You can find a lot of opportunities in public sector as well as in private sector.

Yes you can apply in the madras university they will conduct one entrance exam if you selected in that you can join in the B.ED

Can I attempt b.ed course if I have got 48% marks in graduation n 50% in post graduation n from which university is better for private b.ed
