but to do research oriented jobs, you must do Mtech.

Not necessary to go for Mtech for research jobs. MCA is the best.

All tech skills are there in a MCA student.

every company have a research and development side for the betterment of the company and every company expense a lot of money in this cell.

computer related companies are not out of this. they have also research and development cell in each and every company. they recruit so many candidate into this cell.M.Tech and MCA student are preferable for this cell. so if you are MCA student you have a good opportunity to work on this.

but to join in research field you should have some work experience. for this first you have to join in any good company to gain some work experience. after that try to join in research and development field.

u can take job for a amnager in software company or as a software maker

Iam also a MCA student working as a system administrator in om software solution bhopal.If u want to place in core field attend ISRO jobs and so on.

I can not see much difference in both the salary packages which you are offered, so I would suggest you analyse and match both the jobs with your career interest, skills and knowledge, and go for the job which you think you can better perform, apart from this also see both the company profile and growth prospects in both the companies, this will give you an idea which job would be best for you.
In terms of job, both jobs have a good scope.

Currently, There is some vacancies in ISRO for Scientist ('SC') . They asking for BE/BTech or equivalent for vacancies in computer science department. I am a MCA Graduate. Shall i apply for it? Because, some people says Mca is not eligible to join in ISRO. Please advice.
